About the Event
Prerequisite: Previous sewing experience or Intro to Machine Sewing Class. You are comfortable threading a machine and stitching in a straight(ish) line.
Class Description:
This class is an excellent way for beginners who are curious about quilting to try their hand at it by making what is essentially a mini-quilt. In this class you will learn some quilting basics - how to piece, how to make a quilt sandwich, how to make bias tape, quilting, and how to bind an object. And? You'll have a potholder as a result!
Materials Provided
Must be 18+ (14+ allowed if accompanied by parent or guardian)
2 students are required for class to meet.

Bio: I’m a quilter and mom of two busy teens and quilting is my happy escape into the world of all-things-fabric. Whether you’re carrying on a family tradition, dipping a toe into a new hobby, or just here for the fun (SEW much fun!), I can’t wait to quilt along with you.
